MACOMB, Illinois – In what used to be Shooters and Diamond Dave’s bar, Windy City Cannabis has now opened its doors.
Windy City Cannabis has dispensaries for recreational and medical use in Homewood, Posen, Carpentersville and Highwood. Thursday’s ribbon cutting makes Macomb the fifth Windy City Cannabis marijuana dispensary location in Illinois.
The new dispensary is expected to promote economic growth with full- and part-time jobs, and sales tax revenue for the city.
