Police say Clayton Decker has been found safe.
FULTON COUNTY, Ill. (NEWS3) — The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a young boy.
Deputies said 5-year-old Clayon Decker was last seen in Cuba riding his gold and purple bike. He was wearing a grey and green shirt.
