Suspect makes threat to NorthPark Mall in Davenport

DAVENPORT, Iowa (NEWS3) – A suspect made a threat to NorthPark Mall in Davenport on Monday evening.

According to the Davenport Police Department, a man entered the mall through the food court (south) entrance at approximately 9:02 p.m. with a fake gun pointed in the air while squeezing the trigger.

The suspect said “next time it will be real,” before fleeing the mall.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 20s with a skinny build. He was wearing a black hoodie, pulled over his face, and baggy shorts.
