Charges filed after one killed in accident involving stolen vehicle in Moline

MOLINE, Illinois (NEWS3) – Charges have been filed after one person was killed in a car accident involving a stolen vehicle in Moline on Wednesday.

According to the Moline Police Department, Armand Cannon, of Davenport, is charged with Reckless Homicide, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle and Aggravated Reckless Driving. His bond is set at $250,000.

Alexander Garrels, of Davenport, is charged with Unlawful Possession of Weapon by a Felon and Possession of Stolen Vehicle. His bond is set at $250,000.

Amy Taylor, of Grand Mound, Iowa, is charged with Possession of Stolen Vehicle. Her bond is set at $100,000.

51-year-old Tammy Wade-Loos, of Milan, was killed in the accident when the stolen vehicle struck her vehicle.
