MINNEAPOLIS (NEWS3) – The United States Postal Service (USPS) will suspend delivery on Wednesday for several Midwestern states due to life-threatening wind chills.
The suspension will occur in western Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota and western Wisconsin.
“Retail operations at local offices will be available, but may be limited,” a release from the USPS reads.
Additionally, there will be no residential or commercial package pick-up or collection mail pick-up from businesses or collection boxes.
