Fulton county winery, vineyard damaged by storm

LEWISTOWN, Illinois (NEWS3) — A Fulton County winery and vineyard was severely damaged following Saturday’s rash of tornadoes.

The Native Trails Winery suffered significant damage after a tornado struck the property and surrounding areas.

Zach Nayden, son of owner Bill Nayden, posted several photos of the damaged property to Facebook, adding that the “farm and winery is completely wiped out.”

In a Facebook video later posted by Z. Nayden, damage was made to the winery, the vineyards, various barns, and the home of B. Nayden.

No injuries were reported at the winery.
