Warren County Sheriff’s Office warns roads still “impassable”

WARREN COUNTY, Illinois (NEWS3) — The Warren County Sheriff’s Office is warning of roads still impassable following the blizzard.

Deputies say that Illinois 164 is still closed east and west of Monmouth.

U.S. 67 is still impassable north Monmouth, with only one lane open in each direction south of Monmouth.

U.S. 34  between Monmouth and Galesburg is also down to one lane in each direction.

They say there is no report on Illinois 116 or other county highways.

Travel is still not advised, according to the agency.
