Western Illinois advises students to “use caution” when traveling Sunday

Western Illinois University is urging students to use caution as they travel back following Thanksgiving.

A massive winter storm, expected to bring high winds and blowing snow, has prompted a WINTER STORM WARNING for much of Sunday in western Illinois.

Residence halls will open at 10 a.m. on Sunday and classes will resume at 8 a.m. the following day.
