A news release from Western Illinois University confirmed that the grand opening of Chick-Fil-A has been delayed.
“Due to technology-related issues during the renovation and implementation of the Chick-fil-A Express in the Western Illinois University Union, the grand opening of the restaurant will be delayed,” the statement reads.
The grand opening will now take place at the beginning of the spring 2019 semester.
