“Flags of Love” to be displayed in Chandler Park for Labor Day

Macomb citizens will paint the sky red, white, and blue Labor Day weekend.

“Flags of Love” is a veteran’s service project to honor lost soldiers in the community.

The committee will deploy several hundred flags in Chandler Park at 7 a.m. Labor Day morning.

At 5 p.m. that evening, they will take down the flags.

“Flags of Love” is a volunteer effort and asks for community participation.
