District 14 commander Lieutenant Jon Dively has released the alcohol countermeasure enforcement results.
The overall trend of the results is a significant decrease from the last time patrols were conducted with 12 fewer citations handed out in total.
Taking place in October on the 15th, 28th and 29th two arrests were made for drug and alcohol related reasons, down 11 from the March patrols.
Seat belt violations make up the bulk of the reported infractions with an increase of 4 citations.
State Police will continue to conduct these patrols in and around McDonough county.
