Dance Marathon Having Breakfast for Dinner Fundraiser

You heard right, Dance Marathon serves up pancakes for dinner. Not only will attendees get pancakes for dinner, but they get to donate to an organization that donates to a children’s hospital. WIU Dance Marathon has been raising money to donate to theĀ Children’s Miracle Network hospitals and St. Louis Children’s Hospitals since 2013. Every year, the event raises money for the research in these hospitals and to pay tribute to the doctors and nurses that practice there. They have a 12-hour dance in an effort to honor the children that cannot stand on their own.

wiudmThe pancake dinner will be held Nov. 3rd at the Macomb American Legion, 221 E. Washington St. It will begin at 4 p.m and end around 8:30pm and tickets are $5 each and $7 at the door. That includes all-you-can-eat pancakes, sausage, and orange juice.
