The WIU campus and Macomb businesses such as Sports Corner and Nelson’s Clothing displayed their Rocky statues to show support.

WIU Director of Development Julie Baker says Rocky Quest is part of Rocky On Parade which began in 2013 and it was for an fundraiser for an art department scholarship.

Rocky on Parade was inspired by the Chicago cows which were displayed all over the city.

Baker says they raised almost $25,000 for the endowment level of the art department scholarship.
