WIU hosts the annual Winter DanceWorks concert this weekend.
The winter concert will be a night of dance choreographed by students and instructors in University Dance Theatre.
Each performance consists of a variety of dance styles like modern, contemporary, jazz and afro-modern.
The dance is this Thursday through Saturday at 7:30pm and on Sunday at 2pm in the Hainline Theatre.
The Holiday Festival of Choirs also returns this weekend.
WIU’s University Singers, Concert Choir and Madrigal Singers will perform holiday themed choral music with a carol sing along at St. Paul Catholic Church.
The festival is this Saturday at 2pm and 7:30pm.
General admission tickets are $10 and can be bought at the Hainline Theatre Box Office.
WIU students can get tickets for free with their student IDs.
