The Western Illinois University men’s basketball team is set to face one of last year’s Big Ten championship contenders this weekend.
The leathernecks will open their season against Bo Ryan and the #17 University of Wisconsin Badgers on Friday, November 13th. They arrived in Madison early Thursday afternoon.
This will be the first time the teams have competed in more than 25 years.
Tip off is set for 8pm in the Kohl Center. The game can be seen on the Big Ten Network and can also be streamed live here.
