The annual Saint Baldrick’s fundraiser for children with cancer will take place this Sunday in the Tanner Hall circle on University Drive. Members of the WIU community will shave their heads from one to 5:00 PM to benefit the Saint Baldrick’s Foundation. Nearly 90 participants have already registered for the event. Last year’s event raised nearly $17,000 and the goal is to reach that number this year.
The fundraiser is free and open to the public.
