The makers of the board game Monopoly are adding a new house rules version of the game, and they want your opinion. Hasbro is asking fans of the game to debate the 10 proposed house rules on Monopoly’s Facebook page until April 3rd. They include barring players from collecting rent while in jail, and allowing players to make loans to each other to co–own properties. The new rules will be added to the classic game guide to give players a new option, but the official rules won’t change.
The house rules edition is expected to be released this fall.
