The 2013 Miss Macomb Scholarship Pageant took place Sunday night at the Macomb Junior-Senior High School where Western Illinois Junior Rayni Lasley was crowned queen. The Springfield native not only took home the crown worth $5,000 in scholarships but received 250 more dollars for the best platform essay, after a series of contests with 11 other contestants.
