New superintendent announced for Macomb School District

Macomb SuperintendentThe Board of Education has announced the school district’s new superintendent, Dr. Patrick Twomey. Twomey is a former teacher, principal and assistant principal in Macomb’s school district.
He’s currently working in the Havana School District and will be stepping into his new position in July. Twomey says he’s excited to work in the community that he’s lived in since 1979.
Twomey will state out as assistant superintendent on May 1. Two months later, he’ll officially start his job as superintendent for the school district.
His contract will last for four years.
